The prices listed are GUIDE PRICES. These can be modified depending on the complexity of the drawing.
Any modifications that must be made once the drawing is finished *WILL BE CHARGED AS EXTRA.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Prices and Payments
- Prices are expressed in US dollars (USD) and Argentine pesos (ARS).
- Prices are for PERSONAL use ONLY (to be used on social media, printed personally, or gifted to someone). If your intention is to purchase a commission for commercial use, you must contact me and send details about the work to [email protected].
- Payment methods: PayPal (for international commissions), MercadoPago, or other bank transfers within Argentina. Once the payment is made, proof of payment must be sent within 24 hours. If proof is not sent within that time, no refunds will be issued, and the commission will not be completed.
- The commission begins after receiving 50% of the final price as a deposit.
- The commission will be delivered via email or through Google Drive/Mega to ensure it retains its quality. If you insist on using other delivery methods, I will not be responsible for any quality loss imposed by those platforms.
- The final commission will be delivered once the remaining 50% of the price is received.---Refunds
- If the commission has not been started, a full refund is possible.
- If the commission is in the sketching stage, a partial refund can be issued.
- If the commission is completed, no refund will be available.
- In the case of refunds, only the amount received can be reimbursed. Any fees or charges applied by payment platforms (PayPal, MercadoPago, etc.) will not be covered.---Delivery Format
The final files will be in .PNG or .JPG format, with a minimum resolution of 2000 x 2000 pixels and 300 DPI.
If you need a specific format, size, or transparent background, this must be clarified BEFORE the commission begins. This information will also be requested in the order form.---Revisions
- A screenshot of the sketch will be sent, and all necessary corrections should be made at this stage. Once the line art is completed, no structural corrections (proportions, poses, facial expressions, objects, backgrounds, etc.) will be accepted.
- The same rule applies to flat color and full color options. A screenshot of the base colors will be sent for approval. Once the client approves and coloring begins, no further changes will be made.
- If I forget a detail previously agreed upon in the order, the modification will be made at no additional cost.
- If a major correction is required that was not specified in the original request, an extra fee will apply.---Timeline
- Commissions are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Delivery times are up to 30 days after payment is made.
- If, due to force majeure, I am unable to complete the commission within the estimated time, a full refund will be issued.---Fefudraws reserves the right to accept or decline commissions. Please do not insist.

TERMINOS Y CONDICIONES

Precios y Pagos
- Los precios están expresados en dólares estadounidenses (USD) y pesos argentinos (ARS).
- Los precios son para USO PERSONAL ÚNICAMENTE (para usar en redes sociales, imprimir personalmente o regalar a alguien). Si tu intención es comprar una comisión para uso comercial, debes contactarme y enviar los detalles del trabajo a [email protected].
- Métodos de pago: PayPal (para comisiones internacionales), MercadoPago u otras transferencias bancarias dentro de Argentina. Una vez realizado el pago, se debe enviar el comprobante dentro de las 24 horas siguientes. Si no se envía dentro de ese plazo, no se realizarán reembolsos y la comisión no será completada.
- La comisión comenzará una vez recibido el 50% del precio final como adelanto.
- La comisión se entregará por correo electrónico o a través de Google Drive/Mega para garantizar que conserve su calidad. Si insistes en utilizar otros métodos de entrega, no seré responsable por la pérdida de calidad que puedan imponer esas plataformas.
- La comisión final será entregada una vez recibido el 50% restante del precio.---Reembolsos
- Si la comisión no ha comenzado, es posible un reembolso completo.
- Si la comisión está en la etapa de boceto, se puede emitir un reembolso parcial.
- Si la comisión está terminada, no habrá reembolso disponible.
- En caso de reembolsos, solo se podrá devolver el monto recibido. Cualquier tarifa o cargo aplicado por las plataformas de pago (PayPal, MercadoPago, etc.) no será cubierto.---Formato de Entrega
Los archivos finales serán en formato .PNG o .JPG, con una resolución mínima de 2000 x 2000 píxeles y 300 DPI.
Si necesitas un formato específico, un tamaño distinto o fondo transparente, esto debe aclararse ANTES de que la comisión comience. Esta información también será solicitada en el formulario de pedido.---Revisiones
- Se enviará una captura de pantalla del boceto, y todas las correcciones necesarias deberán hacerse en esta etapa. Una vez finalizado el line art, no se aceptarán correcciones estructurales (proporciones, poses, expresiones faciales, objetos, fondos, etc.).
- La misma regla aplica para las opciones de color plano y color completo. Se enviará una captura de pantalla con los colores base para su aprobación. Una vez que el cliente apruebe y se inicie el coloreado, no se realizarán más cambios.
- Si olvido un detalle previamente acordado en el pedido, la modificación se hará sin costo adicional.
- Si se requiere una corrección mayor que no fue especificada en la solicitud original, se aplicará un cargo extra.---Plazos de Entrega
- Las comisiones se procesan por orden de llegada.
- Los tiempos de entrega son de hasta 30 días después de realizado el pago.
- Si, por causas de fuerza mayor, no puedo completar la comisión dentro del tiempo estimado, se realizará un reembolso completo.---Fefudraws se reserva el derecho de aceptar o rechazar comisiones. Por favor, no insistas.
